**Job Title**: Customer Success Specialist (CSS)
**Location**: Penang
**Employment Type**: 12 month contract (renewal contract)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in placing online orders, resolving inquiries, and managing concerns with a professional attitude.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer payment and personal information during transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer support experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, attend training sessions, and contribute suggestions to enhance service quality.
- Meet all performance metrics set by the company and adhere to established policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- **Language Proficiency**: Must have B2 level English & Mandarin proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support (fresh graduates with relevant degrees are welcome to apply).
- **Preferred Experience**: Call center experience is advantageous but not required.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering results and solutions.
- Active listening skills with the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent reasoning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; typing speed of 40 wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, accept feedback, and continuously strive for improvement.
