**Role Overview**:
As our Videographer-Graphic Designer Hybrid, you’ll play a crucial role in realizing Pasxcel’s mission through visually compelling content. You’ll have the creative freedom to produce Instagram content—reels, carousels, and stories—that deeply engages parents of school-age children. With autonomy over your projects, you’ll create **2-3 daily pieces** that align with Pasxcel’s brand and mission. Adaptability is essential, as content creation often responds to real-time feedback and trends to maintain relevance and impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **High-Quality Content Production**: Design 2-3 pieces of visually engaging content daily, including reels, static posts, carousels, and interactive stories based on strategist briefs. You’ll have the creative autonomy to innovate while maintaining brand consistency and aligning content with our mission.
- **Video Editing for Engagement**: Create 15-30 second reels with trending audio, smooth transitions, and on-brand overlays, using Instagram’s latest effects and viral elements to enhance reach and shareability.
- **Brand Consistency with Creative Freedom**: Ensure all content upholds Pasxcel’s visual style while giving you the freedom to bring your unique vision to each piece, appealing to families and educators alike.
- **Trend Adaptation for Maximum Impact**: Stay current with Instagram’s design trends, effects, and viral tactics, implementing these elements to maximize visibility and resonate emotionally with our audience.
- **Collaborative Workflow with Growth Opportunities**: Work closely with the Content Strategist to understand content goals and integrate real-time feedback. In our feedback-rich environment, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills while contributing meaningfully to Pasxcel’s mission.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in video editing and graphic design, particularly for social media (reels, carousels, and stories).
- Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, or similar).
- Familiarity with Instagram’s algorithm, trends, and visual storytelling techniques for audience engagement.
- Adaptability and resilience to respond to feedback and maintain high-quality content in a dynamic, trend-driven role.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to updates, collaboration, and idea-sharing.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
