Administrative Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee recruitment, manage Payroll and HR administration system, leaves, staff benefits, KPIs, yearly performance appraisal and HR development.
- Develop & implement HR policies, SOPs and workflow to support company business objectives and compliance with law and regulatory requirements.
- To handle HR related legal and disciplinary matters including staff counselling in compliance with local Labour Law.
- Managing financial accounts, statutory and group reporting, development of business plans, budget and costing.
- Manage and maintain users access levels on MS-Teams, ERP system, other E-commerce and backup system.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, completely, and up-to-date.
- Assist and monitor for month-end, year-closing, audit schedules, taxation, stock control, etc.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, advisors and other regulatory bodies for accounting and finance related requirements and compliance's
Qualifications:
- 5 years of HR Admin and Accounting Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP and HR system.
- Ability to connect, understand people at all levels and good in problem solving.
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and contributes to a good work environment.
- Well versed with Malaysia Labour Law and good working knowledge of HR practices.
Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
