**NIKI Global Tours Sdn Bhd** is a European tour operator company, specialized in Halal Muslim travel from budget to luxury as well as customizing packages for travel agents -e.g., arranging accommodation in hotels, motels, private country houses, villas, camping sites, yacht, cruisers, caravans and flat, holiday tours, provide insurance covers specifically to tour related services. We distinguish ourselves from others by being flexible to cater to our travel agents needs. We seek to ensure that your travelers will have a smooth and comfortable experience. Lastly, we seek to increase and maintain customer retention and perpetuate a good relationship with travel agents. We strive to provide the best packages and care for your travelers' wholesome experience catering to their desire as well as meeting your standard of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside the Business and Products Development Departments.
- Manage confirmed tours bookings and reservations.
- Preparing internal and/or external documents related to booking and payment.
- Tour cost and budget management
- Responsible to prepare tour groups vouchers and operation list (detailed itinerary with time allocation)
- Handle group movement during the tour to ensure the tour runs smoothly.
- Suppliers/Vendors and Operation database management
- Sourcing new suppliers and vendors
- Closing every tour’s operation file alongside the NIKI account department.
- The NGI Standard of Procedure (SOP) must be followed.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Working within a team to complete the job task.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Retail Management, Corporate Administration, Entrepreneurship, International Business Management or equivalent
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Team player, independent, fast learner, and able to multitask

**Availability**:

- August onward

- Monday to Friday (10.00a.m -7.00p.m)

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
