**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with hiring managers of all departments to identify staffing needs
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Review applicants, pre-screening calls and arrange for interviews with hiring managers
- Plan and conduct onboarding programmes for new joiners
- Involve in Hiredly employer branding initiatives, organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
- Create weekly / monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Assist People and Culture department on various adhoc tasks.
**; Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a talent acquisition specialist/ Recruitment Consultant
- At least a degree in Management, Business Management, Human Resources Management or relevant
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver and able to take ownership of own results.
