**OBJECTIVES OF POSITION**

To lead Information Technology Department and responsible for the Company’s digital transformation including but not limited to, development and implementation of relevant systems and technologies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION**

1. Identify technology solutions / opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.
2. Closely manage the financial aspects of technology development and implementation by managing operating and capital budgets.
3. Monitor technology trends and performance, including assessing users’ adoption of the daily usage of software or service, or areas where the Company is not fully utilizing its technological capabilities.
4. Monitor standards and practices, adjusting based on changing circumstances or Company activities.
5. Establish policies, standard procedures, processes, and risk management for the use of IT within the Company and monitor compliance.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

1. Degree, Professional Qualification or its equivalent in relevant discipline i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology from recognized university by Government of Malaysia.
2. A minimum of six (6) years’ experience preferable in IT project management.
3. Knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.
4. Ability to lead and strategize.
5. Result oriented.

**PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE**

1. Possess good command of written and spoken Malay and English.
2. Able to work independently with a minimum supervision, result oriented and display credible performance.
3. Able to conduct presentation to Board of Directors and top management.
