To assist operating and supervising the management of human resources for store as well as ensuring that the following issues are to be complied strictly in accordance with the Company’s policy and regulations.
- Coordinating and administer recruitment process including foreign worker related matters and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes.
- Responsible to coordinating the recruitment process including presenting the interview session by liaising with the hiring manager to ensure it is accordingly to the company budget.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining any letters pertaining to the hiring and movement exercises to ensure the standard.
- Responsible to entertain any government request such as labour department, immigration, MIDA, etc. by providing the information required to ensure smoothly process.
- To assist in verifying the data of the wage/salary payment and any other remunerations of the staff precisely, completely and in timely manner
- To assist the disciplines of conduct and operation as well as the payroll system
- To assist in verifying, supervising and providing advice in relation to the disciplines, labour laws and the construal of the acts which are deemed in breach of the disciplines considering based on the Company’s regulations and the labour laws in collaboration with any related departments
- To assist in acting as a committee for any issues; for example, promotion entitlement examination committee, welfare committee, safety committee and resignation investigation committee to enhance efficient procedures
- To assist in coordinating with governmental organization; for example, Social Security Office (in order to submit the sosco contribution), Department of Employment (in order to source for employee), Revenue Department (to submit the taxes) and etc. so as to ensure that all procedures are conducted in compliance with the regulations set by the government organizations
- To assist in preparing the reports, in order to present all the aforesaid to the supervisor which shall be utilized as reference data for HR Management
- To assist the Company in any other matter, as and when required by the Company.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Due to business requirements).
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh.
