- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making by analyzing trends and variances.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Present financial information to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to optimize resource allocation and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Monitor and report on key cost drivers affecting the business.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
- Evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Analyze variances between actual financial results and budget/forecast, providing insightful explanations and recommendations.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by senior management.
- Support special projects and initiatives with financial expertise.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the consumer goods or related industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.**English Level**:
