Umrah Manager

**WE ARE HIRING - UMRAH MANAGER (Experienced)**:

- Based in Kuala Lumpur_
- IBC Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd (MOTAC 11499 )_

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years experience** in Umrah operations, from **startup setup to group departure**.
- Proven experience in **planning, contracting, visa processing, flight, ground arrangement, and mutawwif coordination**.
- Strong understanding of **Tabung Haji, MOTAC, and Saudi system (Maqam, e-Visa, Nusuk, etc.)**:

- Ability to manage team, vendors, and handle customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute Umrah operations end-to-end.
- Establish new supplier & hotel contracts in Saudi Arabia.
- Monitor booking, manifest, and flight coordination.
- Manage customer experience & ensure smooth group departures.
- Work closely with management for pricing & marketing of Umrah packages.
