We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to support our HR, Admin, and Finance departments. The Admin Executive will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure efficient daily operations across departments. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

**HR Support**
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating new employee setups.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases as needed.
- Help organize training sessions and HR-related events.
- Assist in handling employee attendance and leave management.

**Administrative Support**
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and meets company standards.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including logistics and scheduling.

**Finance Support**
- Assist with basic financial record-keeping, including data entry and document filing.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Support the Finance team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment processing and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Help maintain accurate records for petty cash and support reconciliation processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
