**Overview**:
Responsible for supporting the business growth of Luxury Business Solutions group through active prospecting, onboarding medium to large local enterprises and multinational corporations; and maintaining effective key buyer relationships.

Job Descriptions:

- Introduce the Company’s services and products to target markets professionally through relevant and effective channels, such as digital platform, direct approaches, events, referral, others.
- Execute business development activities through meetings with decision makers of targeted clients, identify their needs, wants and challenges.
- Provide solutions to the clients and nurture effective relationships with key stakeholders of the Clients of Luxury Business Solutions group.
- Create and maintain updated Client information.
- Continuous improvement in research, identification and development of Client experience/ journey flow for all the Company’s service and products.
- Provide feedback to Company on business development and client related matters.
- Meet specific business KPIs (sales, new clients, client happiness and satisfactions, quality of work, continuous improvements).
- Work progress updates on daily basis, work outcome report on weekly basis.
- Be excited and committed about the role.
**Requirements**:

- Relevant working experience in business development/ market development/ sales
- Goal and numbers oriented
- Has good social intelligence skills.
- Strong solution selling skills
- An excellent communicator in English - verbal and written
- Understand the complex business matters
- Familiar with social media tools and technologies is a big advantage
- Demonstrate courage, humility, discipline, and flexibility in professional conducts
- Communication ability in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
- Paper qualification: open, not the most important requirement
