**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and coordinate 3D BIM models for MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and integration of MEP systems within the overall building design.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and mitigate potential conflicts between various systems.
- Generate detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models for construction and fabrication.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
- Support project teams in using BIM software and tools, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions related to MEP modeling.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and MEP design to enhance skills and improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on MEP systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems design, codes, and standards.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
