Intern, Ride

Duties
- Manage advance booking operations such as B2B job card creation, driver assignment, problem resolution and drivers movement monitoring
- Ensure service fulfillment are being adhered to and ensure minimum of 90% job completed with 0% cancellation by system
- Handle any quick queries from drivers and customers related to the advance bookings service
- Develop and maintain good relationships with both airasia ride drivers and customers
- Statistically understanding and develop report of operations
- Work closely with internal teams to meet advance booking operations needs

Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent qualification.
- Available for a minimum internship commitment of at least 6 months.
- WIlling to be based in Puchong Office (Setia Walk).
