- Expanding /New Headcount/starting 1 year project (convertible /renewable)
- Location: Project on-site -Gelang Patah, Nusajaya Johor
- Mon-Sat (7.5 hours /day)

**Job Scope**:

- **Project Management & Planning**: Oversaw project execution to ensure completion **on schedule and compliant with all codes**. Calculated material requirements, dimensions, and quantities, and prepared comprehensive material lists.
- **Technical & Client Coordination**: Conducted **site surveys, technical information gathering**, and client coordination to develop site-specific solutions and proposals.
- **Team Leadership**: Led site teams, providing **direct supervision and instruction** to workers and subcontractors. Managed staff scheduling and conducted daily briefings on **work procedures and safety**.
- **Compliance & Safety**:Enforced site safety** by verifying adequate use of **PPE** and preparing mandatory documentation, including **Permit-to-Work (PTW)**.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintained project control by generating and submitting **daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports**, and preparing **Request for Inspection (RFI)** forms.
- **Meeting Attendance**: Represented the project in various meetings, including **Project Kick-Offs** (with Sales), weekly/monthly project reviews, and safety committee sessions.

**Requirement**:
1. Preferably applicant possess CIDB License

2. Minimum education requirement: completion of secondary education

3. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic, civil engineering, or related field is preferred

4. Proven experience working as a site supervisor preferably in E&E/ELV/Wiring

5. Knowledge of construction safety regulations

6. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment

7. Good leadership skills

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

9. Excellent organizational and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
