**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire project progress and daily construction activities.
- Attend site meeting, liaise with subcontractors, clients, consultants.
- Chair or organize Site Coordination Meeting if necessary.
- Assign and monitor duties of subordinates.
- Must be organized, disciplined and have excellent planning skills.
- A sense of deadline and meeting deadline is critical.
- Site visit. To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange for resources as required.
- Coordinate with site workers, suppliers and subcontractor.
- Manage the people in project team.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones and challenges. Utilize project management tools to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective communications.

**Job Requirements**:

- A good understanding of the construction industry and relevant regulations.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for Site Engineer position.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for Construction Manager position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Civil/Building construction projects.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Must have god analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work and lead the teams and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and report writing skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor individual.
- PC literate. Good skills and experience to operate AutoCad is an added advantage.
- Positive working attitude, trustworthy and hardworking.
- Able to start work ASAP will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel.

**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
