**Job Summary**:
Ensure workplace safety compliance on construction/project sites by implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Safety Monitoring**
- Monitor day-to-day site operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures.

**2. Safety Inspections & Audits**
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of tools, equipment, and site conditions.
- Prepare and submit reports on safety observations and findings.

**3. Incident Reporting & Investigation**
- Record and report any accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions.
- Participate in investigations and suggest corrective actions.

**4. Safety Training & Briefings**
- Conduct Toolbox Meetings and safety inductions for new workers.
- Ensure all workers are aware of safety procedures and emergency protocols.

**5. Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and safety reports.
- Ensure compliance with DOSH, CIDB, and other regulatory authorities.

**6. Equipment & PPE Management**
- Ensure all personnel wear proper PPE and that safety equipment is functional.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to enforce safety rules.

**7. Collaboration & Enforcement**
- Work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and management to uphold safety standards.
- Stop work immediately if unsafe acts or conditions are observed.

**8. Ad Hoc Duties**
- Perform additional tasks related to safety as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Possess valid **Site Safety Supervisor (SSS)** certification from DOSH.
- At least **2-3 years of experience** in site safety, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
- Good knowledge of **OSHA 1994**, **FMA 1967**, and other relevant safety standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
