Airport Hotel Operations Manager

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Managing day-to-day operations of the hotel across Front Office, Housekeeping, Lounge and Kitchen.
- Ensuring that the daily sales, ADR and occupancy objectives are achieved.
- Work with the rest of the management team in creating and executing SOP's, training, marketing and sales initiatives.
- Managing inventory of consumables in all departments and ensure that stocks are replenished on time and wastages are at the level set.
- Maintain the hotel's NPS score as well as customer satisfaction scores across all OTA and online platforms.
- Deliver unreasonable hospitality.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Familiarity with industry software and systems, such as hotel property management software (PMS) and revenue management software (RMS), is also beneficial.
