We are looking for a **highly organized, responsible, and experienced Operations Manager** to join **Kaisar Meat Store** - a growing business in the **food & meat retail industry**.

**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Operations & Reporting**
- Submit **daily sales reports** to the relevant WhatsApp group & Accounts Dept.
- Submit **daily attendance report** to HR via WhatsApp without fail.
- Monitor & respond actively in relevant WhatsApp groups.
- Submit:

- **Monthly stock take report** (30th/31st of each month)
- **Weekly stock balance report** (every Monday by 5:30 PM)

**Staff & HR Coordination**
- Ensure **staff clock in** daily using punch cards.
- Submit all **payroll-related documents** (Timesheet, Master Roster, Punch Card).
- Prepare:

- **Weekly work schedule**:

- **Monthly leave records**:

- Maintain **staff discipline** and ensure compliance with SOPs.

**Store Operations**
- Monitor **meat quality, storage, cleanliness**, and **equipment functionality**.
- Report any **damaged/lost items** to management immediately.
- Ensure **FIFO principles** in all stock and meat handling processes.
- Ensure the store opens **on time and operates smoothly**.
- Responsible for the **output of processed meat** and **product organization**.
- Manage **inventory and stock received** based on PO/DO.
- Ensure **freezers/cold rooms** are neat and temperatures are recorded.

**Customer & Marketing**
- Handle **customer complaints** professionally.
- Manage **online and offline orders & deliveries**.
- Conduct **market price comparisons** and prepare **marketing reports**.
- Oversee **offline and online marketing efforts**.
- Prepare memos for **purchases, payments, petty cash** (claims weekly).

**Other Duties**
- Support **new store openings**.
- Ensure **cutting tools/machines** are complete and functional.
- Manage both **in-house and outsourced warehouse operations**.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in the **food or meat retail industry** is **highly preferred**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and follow SOPs strictly.
- Proficient with WhatsApp-based reporting and basic documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
