Motion Graphics Developer

In line with our business strategies and digital learning expansion, we are looking for a team of dynamic, creative and committed motion graphics developer to join us in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka, Malaysia, as part of our expansion team in Asia.

**Position: Motion Graphics Developer**

This position plays a key role in developing motion graphic content and concepts for a rapidly-growing (global) digital learning portfolio. You will be reporting to Lead Motion Graphic/Art Director who is based at the United Kingdom.

**Job Function**
You must produce high quality digital learning products, which are in line with industry standards, best practice, and in adherence to RelyOn Nutec, or client brand/style guidelines and specification. This requires a high level of creative and technical skill, with a desire to create best-in-class, digital learning/motion graphic content, in a fast-paced, project-focussed environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and/or curate content across a variety of formats and platforms (primarily video, animation and infographics)
- Development of high quality motion graphic content from scratch, and adapting from content libraries, using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Animator, 4D Cinema etc.
- Collaborating with designers to interpret, often complex, instructional design notes and concepts in to effective and appealing learning experiences.
- Working with the Area9 Rhapsode platform, to produce, manage, edit and maintain course assets.
- Editing and combining voiceover content and other audio-related tasks.
- Test solutions in associated platform(s), iterating and re-developing to ensure they are fit for purpose and work as intended.
- Effectively communicate with team lead/art director, learning experts and Subject Matter Experts to translate design notes and concepts in to high quality digital learning assets.
- Maintain a highly organised approach to work and workflow, including file management and version control
- Maintain motivation to develop personal knowledge and skills in the area of motion graphics for online learning.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) in related discipline
- Possess more than 2 years of experience of working within a digital/media or motion graphics role
- Highly creative with a keen eye for design, and ability to work to brand/house styles
- Specialized in one, or more, area (e.g. 3D, AR/VR, Animation, action (JavaScript) coding, Simulation)
- Solid technical knowledge of producing motion graphics via digital learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate/Articulate 360)
- High level of competence with Adobe Illustrator/After Effects/Premier, and Cinema 4d (or similar), including design for responsive screen sizes and mobile devices
- Collaborative working style with good interpersonal skills and desire to share knowledge with, and learn from, peers
- Comfortable working on rapidly developing platforms: the ability to learn a new technology platform and adapt to ongoing updates/functionality
- Good written and oral English, with high level of attention to detail

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
