**工作介紹:**
- 物流協調:促進和協調專案物流的各個方面,包括設備交付、服務部署、設備安裝和使用者測試管理。
- 客戶溝通:作為客戶的主要聯絡點,解決詢問,提供專案更新,並在整個專案交付計劃中確保客戶滿意度。
- 供應商和供應商管理:與供應商、供應商和物流團隊合作,確保及時、準確地交付專案完成所需的設備和材料。
- 專案文件:維護準確的專案記錄,包括交貨時間表、安裝計畫和客戶溝通日誌。
- 解決問題:辨識並解決專案執行過程中可能出現的後勤挑戰和問題,積極尋找解決方案。
- 品質保證:協助品質控制檢查和檢查,確保所有專案交付成果符合既定標準。
- 報告:產生專案進度報告和更新,突出顯示關鍵里程碑、延遲和潛在問題。
- 管理層指派的任何其他職責。

**資格**
- 候選人必須至少擁有文憑、高級/高級/研究生文憑、商業研究/行政/管理、物流或同等學歷。相關經驗和技能同樣受到重視。
- 先前在專案支援、物流協調或相關職位方面的經驗是一個顯著的優勢。
- 出色的書面和口頭溝通技巧對於客戶互動和內部團隊協調至關重要。
- 有效管理多個專案和期限需要強大的組織和時間管理技能。
- 在動態的售後環境中,適應不斷變化的專案要求和優先順序的能力非常有價值。
