We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to serves as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving delivery inquiries, managing shipment issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from pickup to delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:

- Track and update the status of courier shipments.
- Resolve issues related to delays, misrouted packages, or lost shipments.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse staff to provide real-time information to customers.
- Log customer interactions and update shipment information in the tracking systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Provide pickup scheduling, and basic shipment instructions.
- Educate customers on shipping procedures, restrictions, and service options.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
**Qualification / Experience and Skills:

- At least Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in courier, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Work as teammate to Support customer FeDex/TNT Account
- Familiarity with courier industry terms and procedures is a plus.
