Receptionist

1. Greet and welcome the visitors. Offer refreshment as they want.
2. Direct visitors to the meeting room.
3. Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls to employees. Taking message where necessary.
4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
6. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk (monitor logbook)
8. Receive parcel from courier
9. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling, photocopying etc
10. To assist administrative matters in office.
- Office condition, Photostat printer, Coway, Refreshment of meeting etc.
- Prepare memo & others letter.
11. Printing
- To ensure printing documents are in stock. E.g letterhead, punch card etc.
12. Filling and documentation upkeep.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and wide understanding on social issued;
- Good at presentation skills and able to work independently;
- Personal Characteristics;
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
