Accounts Assistant

Keep track of tuition fees payment
- Prepare payment voucher, cheque and invoice
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation and liaison with banks
- Prepare sales and collection report
- Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, month-end closing processes and general ledger journals
- Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms
- Prepare and liaise closely with auditors and tax consultants for the annual audit, audit analysis and submission of tax returns.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior as and when required
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including word, excel and power point
- Good written and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Has strong knowledge in accounting principles and practices
- Independent and good problem solving skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Self-driven, take initiatives and responsible
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Junior Executive
- Full-Time position available
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
