- To process AP transactions.
- To verify invoices, match with purchase orders and receipts and ensure proper documentation.
- To prepare and process payments for outsource services, suppliers, petty cash, and intercompany transactions.
- To establish and maintain robust controls for recurring payments to ensure consistency and compliance.
- To prepare financial analyses, including cost trends and variance analysis.
- To assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

**Job requirements**:

- Possess a Degree in Finance or similar discipline.

- Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels.
- Ability to converse in Chinese is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
