Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying. - Details-oriented and know how to plan ahead and strategize. - To operate AutoCAD software and work out the quantity and material needed for a project. - Projecting cost and material estimates needed for projects, draw up projected budgets, and work with a team, noting any design changes and their effect on cost. - Ensure work is completed within its projected budget. - Manages project contracts/quotations, legal tender documents, work report, Project Gantt Chart and other documentation from beginning to completion. - Liaising with site managers, site engineers, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows the timeline. - Perform site visits and research for future projects/tenders.
(1) To carry on the business of general contractors, welders, engineering contractors, telecommunication contractors, slope stabilization works, waterworks, consultants, advisers, designers, civil, quality, quantity, electrical and mechanical contractors, builders, masonry, surveyors, planners, land & property developers, earth, piping, maintenance, repair, servicing, management, construction, renovation, aluminum, glazing, drain & road works, installation, landscaping, extraction of sand/gravel, quarry & waste management, and related business. (2) To carry on business as a general supplier, merchant, wholesale, retail, importer, exporter, commission & service agents, buy, sell, manufacture, and managing. Advances upon, or otherwise deal in aluminum, glazing, facade. Curtain wall, construction & building material, hardware, household product, medical, sports, office, electrical and electronic equipment, furniture, clothing, gifts, stationery, utensils, chemicals, vehicle, manpower and material of all kinds.
