**Overview**: **Salary**: 8,000 MYR ~ 10,000 MYR**Industry**: Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials), Consulting- Overseeing the overall operations of the water treatment chemical factory including equipment maintenance and warehouse operation, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. - Developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of the abovementioned operation. - Managing and supervising a team of employees, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance. - Ensure that the production schedule meets quality, lead-time and cost requirements. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to safety, environment, and ISO quality management system. - Provide monthly report to management related to products & raw material, waste, cost, manpower and equipment status, safety, & environmental aspect. - Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies. - Managing the budget and financial aspects of the water treatment chemical factory, including cost control and resource allocation. - Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees. - Collaborating with other departments or organizations to address any day-to-day issues or concerns. - Keeping up-to-date with operational excellence and industry best practices, and implementing them as appropriate. **Qualifications**: **Requirement**: - Education Background >> Minimum Diploma (Degree preferable) in chemical/industrial/manufacturing engineering related field- Experience >> Over 10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing line - >> Over 3 years of experience of Factory Manager / Production Manager in chemical manufacturing line - >> Best to have experience dealing with water treatment chemical- Others >> Leadership skill, able to adapt in a new environment, problem solving- **English Level**: **Other Language**: Malay, English **Additional Information**: **Benefit**: - Total Salary = RM 8,000 ~ RM 10,000- AL = 10days - MC = 14 days - Medical Benefit >> Free medical treatment by the Company’s appointed doctors. - >> Hospitalization Leave 60 days- Insurance Coverage >> Personal Accident - >> Group Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance (GHS)- Bonus Scheme >> Previous maximum bonus 3 months / year (depend on achievement) - **TO BE CONFIRMED BY COMPANY- Annual medical checkup (provided by company) **TO BE CONFIRMED BY COMPANY- **Working Hour**: **Holiday**: **Job Function**: - Production Management
