**What you will do**:

- Build strong **user engagement and stickiness **of the ThoughtFullChat app
- Work with various stakeholders such as Engineering, Clinical, Business Development, Client Success and external Partners to prioritize, manage and execute on the feature roadmap
- See through the entire lifecycle of feature development: from ideation and specifications to execution and launch
- Develop a deep understanding of the digital mental health ecosystem and have a view of where ThoughtFull fits in over the next 3-5 years

**Requirements**:
**About you**:

- 3-5 years of Product Management experience
- Strong knowledge of product development principles and methodologies
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align product vision with overall business objectives
- A good handle on project management: able to consistently deliver projects on-time
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience building user engagement features
- Proven track record of successfully delivering impactful user engagement features in consumer-facing mobile apps
- Can demonstrate the ability to conceptualize features across the lifecycle, from ideation to delivery
- An Eye for UX
- Demonstrated understanding of user experience (UX) principles, with a user-first mental model when considering features, problems and solutions
- Have participated in various methods of gathering user feedback, such as interviews, workshops, focus groups, etc
- Analytical & Experimental
- Have an experimental mindset to come up with hypotheses, conduct A/B tests and analyze results
- Able to dive into dashboards and raw numbers to gather insights and make data-informed decisions
- Able to present findings clearly and succinctly to stakeholders
