**Responsibilities:

- **
- Works closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Coordinate the schedule of the Director, ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other duties are carried out seamlessly.
- Make travel arrangements for the Director, coordinating flights, accommodations, and other itinerary specifics.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Director and internal departments
- Work closely with the Director’s driver on the transportation/outstation arrangement
- Attend and translate meetings to help facilitate effective conversations between Korean and English speaking support as needed.
- Interpret/ Translate verbal and written communications between Korean and English languages for the Director.
- Provides administrative support

**Requirements:

- **
- Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience in relevant roles.
- High proficiency in both spoken and written Korean, English, and Malay languages to meet Company’s international business needs.
- A background in business management and/or personal assistant (PA) services is highly preferable.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
