**Job Summary**:
The Personal Assistant cum Special Officer to the Chairman plays a pivotal role in providing high-level support to the Chairman by assisting with strategic initiatives, managing special projects, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. This position ensures the efficient execution of the Chairman’s directives and serves as a critical support system in achieving organizational success. The role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can manage confidential matters, contribute strategic insights, and oversee a diverse range of responsibilities that directly impact the Chairman’s operational effectiveness.
**Responsibilities**:
**SPECIAL OFFICER DUTIES**:
1. **Strategic Support**:
- Assist the Chairman in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide recommendations, insights, and analysis to the Chairman to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in high-level meetings with the Chairman, prepare background material, and follow up on key actions.
- Support the Chairman with special projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
2. **Liaison & Stakeholder Management**:
- Act as a primary point of contact between the Chairman and key internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between the Chairman’s office and various divisions/departments, ensuring clear and effective exchanges of information.
3. **Confidential and Sensitive Matters**:
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure that all strategic documents and communications are managed securely and efficiently.
4. **Event Management**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating high-profile events, meetings, and engagements for the Chairman.
- Oversee logistics and ensure that all aspects of events are executed flawlessly.
**PERSONAL ASSISTANCE**:
1. **Calendar Management**: Manage and maintain the Chairman's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. **Travel Coordination**: Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation; prepare itineraries and ensure smooth travel logistics.
4. **Meeting Preparation**: Prepare agendas, gather necessary materials, and take minutes during meetings.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman to ensure the smooth operation of the Chairman’s office.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
2. **Experience**: At least more than 5 years of proven experience in a senior administrative or executive support role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
3. **Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Resourceful
**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT**:
1. Full-time role with occasional extended hours depending on the Chairman's schedule.
2. Ability to travel as required for meetings and events.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
