- To develop, implement and enforce BIM standards in the company.
- To develop strategies / BIM execution plans to suit the requirements for all the projects.
- To promote and maximize the benefits of BIM to the project sites to improve coordination and productivity.
- To ensure the quality and standards of the BIM models and drawings produced from the models for all projects.
- To assist, promote and enforce the BIM documentation workflow process standards
- To oversee and monitor the BIM modelling process by the team / consultants team are according to the standards developed for the projects
- To check, review and advise on the coordination issues or clashes detected based on the BIM models with the team members of the project.
- To attending BIM coordination meetings / Client and Consultants Meetings / Site Meetings.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Advanced Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering/Building Technology/Construction Management or its equivalent.
- Age 35 - 45 years’ with minimum 5 - 6 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position, preferably in planning assignments.
- Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
- Must be dynamic, a team player, committed and result-oriented.
- Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.
- Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
- Relevant working knowledge in Primavera or other project management software is advantageous.
- Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
