Pharmaserv Alliances Sdn Bhd was established on 19 Oct 2001, wholly owned by Kumpulan Perubatan Johor (KPJ). We are the Central Procurement Arm for KPJ Hospitals, Government Hospital and Private, a wholesaler and distributor of pharmaceutical, medical disposables, vitamin and supplements, health and beauty and other hospital related products. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Sales Representative** to help us grow our customer base and expand our market presence.

As a **Sales Representative**, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with new and existing clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You will work closely with our sales team and management to ensure the achievement of sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.).
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct service presentations to prospective customers, demonstrating the value and benefits of our services.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, aiming to close deals and meet sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales activity, progress toward targets, and customer feedback to the management team.
- **Customer Support**: Provide after-sales support as needed, ensuring that customer issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare industry or field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- A valid driver’s license.
