**Position Overview**:
Seeking a skilled **Warehouse Executive** to manage and oversee our warehouse operations. This role is **crucial for ensuring efficient warehouse functioning, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading a team to achieve company objectives**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in managing and guiding warehouse personnel, including job assignments, training, and performance monitoring.

2. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, delivery, receiving, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

3. Manage general office administration tasks, such as maintenance, purchasing, and cost-saving initiatives.

4. Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (GDPMD) and ISO standards and adhere to all relevant regulations.

5. Liaise with suppliers, shipping agents, and service providers to optimize cost and service efficiency.

6. Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

7. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock levels based on demand forecasts.

8. Provide administrative support to interdependent companies and coordinate outsourced services

9. Ensure products are well-maintain before arrange delivery

10. Monitor and implement schedules for outsourced services, such as security and cleaning, to ensure efficient operations and a safe building environment

11. Ensure all shipping and delivery documents are accurately maintained and updated according to standard procedures.

12. Prepare and submit monthly reports and analysis as required.

**Pre-requisites**:

- **Education**: Degree in Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- **Language Skills**: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of warehouse management, ability to supervise personnel, and **forklift handling skills (preferred)**.
