CNC Technician

Key Responsibilities
- **CNC Machine Operation**: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery (e.g., CNC routers, edge banders, and panel saws) to produce high-quality wooden components for furniture.
- **Programming & Setup**: Input and modify CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications. Ensure tools are correctly installed and calibrated for each job.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with design and production teams to interpret technical drawings and resolve any machining issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production outputs.

**Skills**:

- **Experience**: preferably of 1-2 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in woodworking or furniture manufacturing.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Knowledge of tooling and fixture setup.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience with CNC programming.
- Familiarity with woodworking machinery and tools.
- Knowledge of material properties and their impact on machining processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
