**HR Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an **HR Specialist** who is proficient in Mandarin to support recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage recruitment activities (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, attendance & leave.
- Support employee relations, handle basic grievances & engagement activities.
- Assist in performance reviews, training, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO & EIS.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written).
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.
- Strong communication, organizational & interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
