We are a small, privately run English language center for kids, and we are seeking an English Teacher to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, dynamic, and interested in a rewarding career in language education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans using our comprehensive course book.
- Engage and inspire students by incorporating interactive activities to enhance learning.
- Monitor student progress, assess their performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide additional support to students who require assistance in improving their spoken English skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent **and **confident English speaker **with the ability to **communicate effectively**.
- Availability to commit to **at least 6 hours per weekend** at the school (can be split across days).
- Must be able to sign at least a **one-year contract** at the minimum.
- Teaching experience is beneficial, but not mandatory - we value enthusiasm and potential.
- Able and willing to **work alongside** fellow **teachers **and **teaching assistants** in the class for **class collaboration **activities.

**Additional Details**:

- Prior teaching experience is a benefit, but not necessary. We offer comprehensive training for all teachers.
- As a new team member, you'll undergo a 1-3 month training period, including hands-on classroom experience with a mentor teacher (depending on experience and time needed to adapt to our teaching methods).
- **Starting pay** during the **training period **is **RM 120** per day for **6 hours**.
- **After the training period**, expect to earn **RM 150+** **per day** based on classes taught and experience.
