**Main Responsibilities**
With a primary focus on driving early and high growth of our HR payroll system for business clients, you will be responsible for maximizing outbound activity and managing the entire sales process, from obtaining leads through our sales admin to prospecting and onboarding new clients. You will also be expected to achieve both monthly and yearly sales KPIs as assigned by the company.
Key duties include:
- Researching, identifying, and prospecting new business opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Providing presales technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with mínimal supervision.
- Submitting sales reports to management in a timely and organized manner.
- Representing the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Info-Tech's Cloud HRMS solutions.
- Targeting and influencing new customers to adopt Info-Tech's range of products.
- Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Possess at least a diploma in any field.
- Strong communication skills in **English**and **Malay**.
- Fluency in **Mandarin**is required for this role to face Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Possess own transport to travel around KL regional hub.
- Good relationship building and client management skills.
**Remuneration and Benefits**
- Basic Salary (RM4500 - RM5000)
