- **Working hours:6 days, (follow schedule, must able commit to night shift)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and patrol the mall premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and provide assistance to visitors as needed.
- Conduct routine checks of entrances, exits, and restricted areas to ensure security measures are in place.
- Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches and follow established emergency procedures.
- Enforce mall policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by staff, customers, and vendors.
- Provide assistance to mall visitors, offering directions and ensuring their safety.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct routine security checks on CCTV cameras.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or suspicious activity in a detailed and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during emergencies or investigations.
- Assist with crowd control during busy shopping seasons, events, or emergencies.
- Conduct bag checks, metal detector screening, or other safety measures as required.
- Maintain communication with mall management and provide security updates as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, staff, and visitors.
- Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
- Physical stamina to stand, patrol, and manage security equipment for long periods.
- Valid security guard license or certification (if required by local regulations).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
