2) Follow up with lawyers/purchasers/banks on status of loan doc. for timely collection.
3) Send reminders after billings are due for payment.
4) Generate and send interest on late payment and miscellaneous billings, if any, together with statement accounts quarterly.
5) Check loan documents and memorandum of transfer before sending to management for execution.
6) Attending to all post sales administrative functions until titles are transferred
Pay: RM1,100.00 per month
