**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of insurance agents, providing mentorship and support to drive performance and morale.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members, regularly monitoring their progress.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and development plans for team members.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies within the insurance sector.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high service standards and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team productivity.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring team members deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively, working towards timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex cases and enhance customer experience.

**Training and Development**:

- Develop and deliver training programs for team members to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Keep the team updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement within the team.

**Additional Requirement**:

- Knowledge of the Malaysian insurance landscape and regulatory environment is essential.
- Certified insurance certifications (e.g., TBE, PCE) are an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
