As an Art Director, your responsibilities will include:
**1) Creative Leadership**
- Lead the development of visually stunning and strategically aligned creative solutions across campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and brand coherence across all platforms.
- Translate creative briefs into exceptional visuals and videos that align with client goals and objectives.
- Explore and implement innovative storytelling techniques, pushing boundaries to deliver impactful advertising.

**2) Project Execution**
- Manage and oversee all stages of creative production, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality expectations.
- Partner with the production team to understand project requirements and provide creative direction.
- Incorporate cutting-edge tools and emerging technologies, including AI, to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain logical sequencing, continuity, and smooth transitions in video edits and designs.

**3) Client-Centric Approach**
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh, inventive ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop creative concepts tailored to specific client needs and industry challenges.
- Build strong client relationships, offering guidance and innovative solutions to elevate their brands.

**4) Team Building & Leadership**
- Oversee junior team members by providing constructive feedback, sharing industry knowledge, and nurturing their professional growth.
- Evaluate team performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to enhance individual and collective output.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables to ensure team alignment and accountability.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that motivates team members to push creative boundaries and excel in their roles.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 3years of proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role within an advertising agency.
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, including: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar editing tools.
- **Portfolio**: demonstrating a variety of projects with a compelling, engaging narrative.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
