JOB SUMMARY
To ensure all the ground landscaping and facilities machinery (corrective and preventive) work effectively and improvement works are carried out efficiently within the budget/ resources as per the department objectives and KPI set for all area within Albukhary Complex to support the client core business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating the repairing work according to priorities and urgency
- Able to produce schedule and monitor machines for PPM inspections.
- Report on progress for machine repairing to the respective HOU from time to time.
- Ability to organize and priorities routine/ periodical/ ad-hoc work
- To carry out random spot check on the machine
- Ability to propose and provide suggestion matters related to repairing, purchasing any new machine.
- Play the role as supervisor/ foreman for mostly all machinery.
- To ensure sufficient machine arrangement in workplace.
- To find and source for spare parts.
- To be able to manage budget cost.
- To remove, inspect, repair, and install a variety of mechanical equipment and mechanical parts.
- To operate basic machines such as grinding, cutting, lathe, milling, super drill and etc.
- Fabricate and assemble machinery parts and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
- Other assignments instructed by the management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years working experience is preferable.
- Fresh graduate is always welcome to join.
- Required skills: Inspection, Repairing, Installation.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Automotive or equivalent.
- Experience in general maintenance on turbines, generator, pumps, valve and etc.
- Fluent in all names of equipment and machinery components such as pump, motor, valve, compressor and etc.
- Able to use all kinds of basic equipment (dial gauge, micrometer, vernier, calipcal).
- Able to understand machine requirement and repair work.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Hands on with analytical and supervisory skills.
