**Account Executive (WFH - SG Accounting Firm)**

**Salary**: RM 5,000 - RM 6,000 per month

Location: Malaysia, with occasional travel to Singapore

**Work Environment**:

- Prepare full monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage payroll reports, payslips, statutory contributions, and employer returns.
- Perform SST/GST submissions.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties, including liaising with government authorities, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, particularly **Xero** and Xero add-ons (payroll, inventory management, data processing).
- Proficient in Excel formulas and functions.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in **English, Chinese, and Malay** (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with **Singapore corporate tax** is required.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, but may require occasional travel to Singapore.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
