**Responsibilities**:

- Assist managers with departmental tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
- Understand related department’s daily processes and objectives
- Provide administrative support
- Assist managers in performance evaluation (e.g. data analysis)
- Initiate and research methods to improve output and reduce loss
- Create and give presentations

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates or individuals with work experience from a different field are encouraged to apply
- Positive learning attitude with strong desire for self-improvement
- Outgoing, friendly, inquisitive and proactive personnel are an added advantage
- Capable of carrying out duties both individually and as a team
- Able to work under pressure and meeting datelines
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
