**Your Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer questions and provide technical support quickly and professionally.
- Find, diagnose, and fix software and hardware problems.
- Help solve technical issues (including on-site problems), and work with Sales and R&D teams when needed.
- Help Sales prepare hardware and software lists, and support them in talking to customers.
- Record customer calls, feedback, and actions taken clearly and accurately.
- Collect customer opinions and suggestions, and share them with the right teams.
- Keep up with new technologies to improve your support.
- Join regular training sessions to improve your skills.
- Follow company rules, including those on data privacy and security.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good at installing and fixing Windows systems; basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP, DNS).
- Great communication, teamwork skills, and can work under pressure.
- Responsible, positive attitude, and strong work ethics.
- Quick learner — able to pick up product knowledge fast.
- Able to work **rotating shifts**:

- 3 night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- 2 day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Bonus if you have related experience or speak other dialects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
