We are looking for **Performance Management Specialist - HR** to be responsible for supporting the development of overall Talent Management (performance evaluation, staffing, trainings, etc.) strategies and frameworks to meet current and future organisation needs. This role will be required to support and implement Talent Management initiatives; evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the talent management initiatives and programmes, using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and alignment with SW Group’s goals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Performance Management**
- Support in developing performance evaluation criteria, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics
- Collaborate with departmental heads to establish clear, measurable, and achievable

performance goals
- Facilitate the cascading of goals throughout the organization
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring timelines and proper communications are according to plan

**2. Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Collect and analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on individual and team performance to HR leadership and departmental managers when required
- Use performance analytics to propose data-driven recommendations for organisational development

**3. Employee Recognition Programs**
- Support in developing and implementing employee recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding performance

**Others**
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to implement training programs that address skill gaps and support career growth
- Stay updated of industry best practices in performance management and incorporate innovative approaches
- Address ad-hoc tasks given by direct manager as needed to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 to 5 years’ experience in performance management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting (fresh graduates also welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and tools
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable and capable in planning, management, implementation, monitoring and coordination
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
