**Position Overview**:
The Mortgage Specialists Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Mortgage Specialists to achieve the company's mortgage lending targets, with a focus on serving collaboration agencies and partner developers. The primary objective is to drive mortgage approvals and provide guidance and mentorship to the team, aiming to achieve up to 25% approval from active prospects received.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet mortgage lending goals and objectives, aligned with the company's overall business plan.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the Mortgage Specialists team to achieve individual and team sales targets such as revenue target via insurance, legal fees, arrangement fees or property cash back (PCB).
- Provide guidance to team members on adhering to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during their daily sales operations.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing department OR appointed marketing company to design and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate mortgage leads and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to mortgage lending to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and compliant.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for the team.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of mortgage sales data and performance metrics to senior management.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and regulatory
- requirements with minimum 1 years banking in mortgage fields
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding mortgage sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights.
- Educational background of at least SPM level, preferably with a diploma-level education or insurance license qualification
- Fast learner with excellent proficiency in technology systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
