We has been established for 38 years and located at SS13 Subang Jaya Industrial Estate, Subang Jaya, Selangor. Being among top 5 Fire Alarm Panel suppliers in Malaysia, makes us one of the strong players in the fire alarm system manufacturer industry brings MICTRON products. Operating only from 08.30am to 05.15pm Monday to Friday where Saturday and Sunday are all yours as our culture is, we do not disturb your weekend as we promote a dynamic work-life balance organisation. With a total of 85 staff not including BOD, Interns and Part-time, both the Management and our team of employees work collaboratively under a good work culture environment and sporadically a good culture to all our stakeholders.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any related qualification.
- At least 2 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Sound knowledge in Employment & Industrial Relations Act and HR2000 Quick Pay is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Motivated, creative & trustworthy
- Willing to work at SS13, Subang Jaya.
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- In-charge and ensure smooth and efficient running of Human Resource and Admin Department.
- Providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, payroll, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
- Ensure effective day-to-day operation in terms of office maintenance, facilities, safety and security.
- Produce analysis on HR and admin matters (ex: staff attendance, overtime, etc).
- Provides advice and assistance to Management and staff which include information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies of the Company.
- Coordinates staff recruitment process by providing advice and support to Management and ensures that they have accurate and timely information in order to make effective decisions.
- Process monthly payroll, overtime, medical, unpaid leave, meal claim and statutory.
- Support and monitor Administration department activities.
