**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the school’s vision and goals
- Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (posts, videos, stories, etc.)
- Manage and grow the school’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote school events, enrollment, and achievements
- Monitor analytics and performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of Islamic values and ability to represent them appropriately in content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus
- Passion for education and working with early childhood brands is an advantage
