TCS Controls is a leading provider of advanced security solutions, specializing in CCTV, Door Access, and Barrier Gates. We are looking for a proactive and organized Technical Administrator to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

**Your New Role**:
In this role, you will provide administrative support with a technical focus, working closely with our technical and operations teams. This position is ideal for someone with an understanding of technical concepts who is eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle staff-related administrative tasks such as attendance management, enforcing company policies, and processing claims.
- Manage stock, including inventory tracking and restocking as needed.
- Key in supplier invoices and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.

- Provide administrative support for technical projects and teams.
- Coordinate with technical personnel to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Assist in managing project documentation, schedules, and technical inventory.
- Communicate effectively with both the technical team and clients regarding project status.
- Prepare and maintain records of technical activities and reports.
- Support technical staff by facilitating meetings, managing documentation, assisting in logistics, and handling general HR-related administration for the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction, Electrical, IT or related field is highly preferred.
- Experience in a technical or engineering environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams.
- Ability to understand technical terminology and concepts to assist in effective communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
