**Reports To**: Shift Supervisor/Restaurant Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and dedicated Service Crew members to join our team. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting restaurant operations to deliver a memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints as necessary.
- **Order Taking**: Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct.
- **Food and Beverage Service**: Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure they meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep tables, chairs, and dining areas clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with other service crew members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Stock Replenishment**: Assist in restocking supplies and ensure sufficient inventory levels for daily operations.
- **Health & Safety**: Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- **Physical Demands**: Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods of time. Lifting of moderate weights may be required.
